Food at Raffaelo is a fun, festive experience. From the day we opened, we’ve featured different food items to take advantage of the freshest vegetables, herbs and products available.
Raffaelo house specialities are: proscutto melone, carpaco, lasagna “classico”, chicken with gorgonzola, chicken “saltinbocca”, exclusive selection of pasta and pizza on a wood burning oven, tiramisu, dzupa inglese, pana cota.
A wide range of premium wines is also available. Guests not in the mood for wine have a full beverage bar list to choose from.
In our restaurant we organize “Raffaelo’s wine evening”. You have the possibility to try 6 different kinds of wine, selection of cheeses and traditional Bulgarian main course kavarma. For more details ask our manager Teodor.
